Milan Properties Project Management Limited has recently been appointed project manager for the $4.0m extension of an existing age care hospital on the North Shore of Auckland.
The project will be staged , and is particularly challenging as the hospital is to remain operational throughout the contract works period.

Initially we were engaged by the client to analyse and report on several design build scenarios that had been presented to Crown by local developers.
Our role involved the detailed analysis and assessment of offers presented, including
Determination of prevailing market conditions with regard to land values, rental levels, expected yields and capitalisation rates, build costs etc.
Preparation of report for Client with associated recommendations.
Leading negotiations with developer to ensure Client's requirements are addressed
Upon successful negotiation of the land purchase, we then lead the design and construction team from initial concept design through to final completion and handover.
The project was finished in April 2009 , on time and on budget.
